The War Against The Machines The Revolution Will Not Be Televised

I’ve been lifting weights for as long as I can remember - Machines as well as free weights; and I believe you have as well, at one time or another. While not being totally hard-core, I do love the feel of iron. Looking back, I can remember the tremendous pump I received while using variable resistance machines, but it wasn’t long before I had my fill. You could say I was physically and psychologically burnt out. Basically I became bored. I needed something different. Machine work wasn’t challenging enough for me anymore. So from a creative standpoint, I would have to go with free weights.

In composing any list of important people in almost any field, everybody will have his or her own favorites. Also, in weight lifting, body building, physical fitness, aerobics, just to name a few areas, there are so many people who have contributed so much that it is difficult to pare the list down adequately. How to Choose Exercise Equipment

Choosing equipment is one of the secrets that many leave behind when working toward peak performance. The first piece of equipment you want to consider in a gym or at your home is endurance machines. Why?


Endurance exercises build staying power, stamina and fortitude. Vigorous people may choose treadmills to include endurance routines. Bicycles or cycling machines are also good idea.
